Aim and objectives of the user panel
Aim
The aim of the UK Border Agency Visa Services User Panel is to provide a forum for dialogue with organisations representing users of the entry clearance operation.
Objectives
- Improve the user-focus of the work of UK Border Agency Visa Services and to ensure that we are aware of and respond to customers’ needs
- Foster working partnerships with organisations, and improve their understanding of our problems and challenges
