38. Science and engineering graduates scheme

38.1 Applicant has not sucessfully completed their course at a relevant instituation "...In view of [...] I am not satisfied that you have sucessfully completed a degree course (and obtained with second class honours (2.2) or higher), a Master's degree or a PhD course at a publicly funded institution of further or higher education or a bona fide private education institution which maintains satisfactory records of enrolment and attendence."

38.2 Undergraduate degree, Master's degree or PhD is not UK recognised "...In view of the fact that [...] I am not satisfied that your undergraduate degree, Master's degree or PhD is a UK recognised undergraduate degree, Master's degree or PhD."

39. Retired persons of independent means
