41. Children of retired persons of independent means

41.1 Not related as claimed "...but I am not satisfied that you are the child of a person [to be] admitted/allowed to remain in the United Kingdom as a retired person of independent means."


Paragraph 274(i)
41.2 Parent refused entry clearance "...but your mother/father’s application for entry clearance in that capacity has been refused and consequently I am not satisfied that you are the child of parent [to be] admitted allowed to remain in the United Kingdom as a retired person of independent means."
