Booking online appointments
I was unable to or forgot to print my appointment confirmation when I got to the end of the application process
Depending on how you have configured your computer you may get an error when you try to print.
To recover a completed application, select the
Existing applicants login page. You will be asked to enter your Application Security details and your unique visa application number. Your application number was included in the email we sent you when you completed your visa application. When you successfully login, you will have the option to print your appointment confirmation again.
You will also need to be able to print your completed online form using a ‘high quality’ print setting.
